DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritional guidance will be given on an as needed basis.  I can provide lots of information to help you make good choices, but I'm not a nutritionist so its beyond my scope of practice to prescribe a specific diet plan. But you can bet I will work with you to devise a strategy and then hold you accountable.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

For yoga: yoga mat, blocks and a strap. For fitness: swissball, exercise bands, dumbbells (5,8,10,15 pounds). 
We also use many household items too like small step stool, paper plates. If I'm coming to your house, I bring equipment with me as well.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

  1. Customized workout plan. I will understand your goals and body structure (muscularity, fat %) and design a workout plan best suited for that. General trainers mostly provide a generic training plan, which might or might not be best suited for you.

  2. Motivation. I will motivate you to go for that extra 2 reps, use those heavier weights, and cycle for that extra 1 minute. Without me, you will have to bring that motivation from within.

  3. Discipline. We have a standing appointment, you'll think twice before missing your training session.  Making the monetary investment in yourself is a powerful choice.

  4. Long range planning. I will be tracking your progress and Improvising accordingly to make sure we are achieving goals.
